About Us

Mike joined the AIT3CH family in June 2026. M&K Trading purchased a majority share in the business to assist with the growth of the company. Mike brings 50 years expertise in the sheet plant and corrugating industry. He has successfully managed multi-million-pound contracts and driven large-scale strategic initiatives throughout the manufacturing sector. Mike’s main mission is to position the company as a global leader in providing AI safety solutions to the manufacturing sector, working with carefully selected resellers/partners worldwide. In addition, his group head office will oversee all aspects of financial strategy, including budgeting, expenditure, and fiscal management, ensuring the business remains on a trajectory of sustainable growth.

Mel has dedicated most of his career to the security industry, including over 15 years running a successful security, fire, and consultancy business, collaborating with some of the UK’s largest firms. As Managing Director, Mel oversees the day-to-day operations of the business, while also leading our sales and marketing strategy. Passionate about innovation, he plays an active role in research and development, creating bespoke solutions to meet complex client needs. Known for his personable approach, Mel is involved at every stage of the customer journey—from the first enquiry and site survey to delivering solutions that align perfectly with each client’s requirements.

Paul has been instrumental in developing our products since the company’s inception. With extensive expertise in electronics, software, and networking, Paul also runs his own telecommunications company, providing nationwide services for nearly 20 years. His technical insight and leadership have been critical to ensuring our products and services remain ahead of the competition. Under Paul’s direction, we continue to integrate cutting-edge technology that consistently exceeds client expectations.

Growing up in a family deeply rooted in the security industry—his father owns one of the UK’s most successful security wholesalers—Dale has been designing electronic components and developing bespoke software solutions from a young age. He holds a First-Class Honours degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Bradford. Dale’s technical expertise and innovative approach play a key role in delivering tailored solutions that meet the unique demands of our clients.

Elliot is the newest member of our team, joining the family business to support the design and presentation of 3D models for client proposals and bespoke projects. Currently in his final year at the University of Manchester, Elliot is pursuing a career in the gaming industry while also offering freelance 3D modelling services. His skills have already proven invaluable, enabling us to replicate precise environments for our thermal suppression systems, enhancing both design accuracy and client understanding.

Travis brings a wealth of expertise to the company. Starting his career in the RAF as Communications & Information Systems engineer, he later went on to develop his skills in the civilian world as a BT Engineer and then a fully qualified electrician.  Combining all these skills together gave Travis exactly the correct knowledge to head of survey and installation team for TASS & HAID products.
