Monitor, Detect, React.

THE POWER OF THREE AI-DRIVEN PROCESSES

Protecting People and Plant

VISION

AI-T3CH is a UK-based manufacturer of AI-driven risk reduction solutions for the sheet plant, corrugating, and tissue manufacturing sectors.

We design, install, and maintain thermal alarm and suppression systems that protect machinery and assets from overheating and fire events. In addition, our AI-powered human and vehicle detection systems enhance safety across robotic transfer cars, forklifts (FLTs), and warehouse environments. All of our products are designed, produced, and tested in the UK.

Our solutions combine advanced artificial intelligence with bespoke hardware to monitor, detect, and respond to risks in real time. Operators are supported with clear visual insights via integrated monitoring systems, enabling them to oversee internal machine conditions and production processes effectively. In the event of an incident, our systems deliver immediate audio, visual, and email alerts—ensuring rapid response from both operators and management.

Our data hubs capture and analyse critical operational data, helping to reduce health and safety risks, prevent damage to machinery, and minimise costly downtime. This data also supports the ongoing development of our self-learning AI system, AIME (AI for Manufacturing Environments), which adapts to specific operational settings and continuously improves its ability to distinguish between normal and abnormal events.

OUR AI PRODUCTS

Fully Autonomous, Uncompromisingly Sustainable

TASS

Thermal Alarm &
Suppression System

Our TASS system can be installed within a day as it is designed to be a ‘bolt on’ automatic alarm and suppression system. TASS can work in almost any environment where fire is a risk. The system uses a suppression system that is 100% electric safe (being 100% nonconductive), completely safe to the environment, humans and food.  The suppression system uses an endothermic process to remove the fire. This means when the fluid is activated by our system, the fluid changes to a gas at room temperature which then absorbs the heat from its surroundings.  Our system has been used to satisfy insurers and help Health and Safety teams reduce risks within the factory and production processes.

Each TASS system has multiple failsafe’s.  Each camera and relay has its own power supply, so there are always other suppression banks to activate if one fails.  There are 2 layers of power redundancies and a mechanical fall over in case of complete electrical failure. We deliver vital data ‘Insights’ that can help you set maintenance plans and even predict when moving parts need replacing by monitoring our data and analysing the reports it can provide.  On the alarm being activated there is an audio warning with a countdown alert to allow operators and management to check the incident and if needed, over-ride it or allow the suppression to activate automatically

HAID

Human AI Detection

Our HAID system uses the latest CCTV human detection to monitor, detect and then alarm. This helps reduce accidents within warehouses environments and works on moving objects such as Transfer Cars moving around a busy factory.

HAID is not designed to replace existing safety systems, but to work with them by detecting humans getting too close and then reacting by stopping the machine, device or Transfer Car. The same technology issued to detect intruders on security systems. Data Insights are recorded and can be used for analysis in H&S meetings giving you vital information on how many times people have entered a restricted area.

VAID

Vehicle AI Detection

Our VAID system uses the latest CCTV vehicle detection to monitor, detect and then alarm. This helps reduce incidents and accidents within car park and busy yard environments.

VAID is designed to enhance safety by alerting everyone around the area that a vehicle is moving. VAID will recognise a stationary vehicle and ignore it, but once the vehicle starts to move, our alarms and strobe lights activate.

VAID sends wireless alarms to forklift drivers which then sound and light up LEDs on the forklift dashboard notifying the driver that someone has entered a restricted area (we can define multiple areas). This can drastically help reduce injury and potential death in warehouse environments at the fraction of the cost of 'armband' solutions.

Like all of our AI T3CH solutions, Data Insights are recorded and can be used for analysis in H&S meetings giving vital information on how many times vehicles have entered a restricted area.
